Bob is a versatile leader who blends insight, rigor, and creativity in developing brand strategies that accelerate growth and organizational change. With a passion for creating clarity and impact, he gets to the heart of business challenges and works alongside clients to navigate today’s shifting marketplaces and customer preferences.
As Managing Director of BrandingBusiness San Francisco, Bob brings over 20 years of experience leading major brand programs. His background includes addressing spin-offs, acquisitions, company growth and transformation, portfolio optimization, and employee engagement. His experience spans financial services to technology to energy, and from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Bob considers himself fortunate to have partnered with the likes of Accenture, Andeavor (now part of Marathon Oil), AECOM, Barclays Bank, Boston Properties, Comcast, Devon Energy, Expereo, Fifth Third Bank, Intuit, Marriott, Qualcomm, Saint-Gobain, and Visa. He also has extensive experience in Korea working with LG, Kumho Asiana, and Hyundai.

Bob brings high-level branding experience from leading agencies Addison, Prophet, Brand Union, and Landor. During his 15-year tenure with Landor he held several leadership roles, ultimately serving as Executive Director for key client relationships, and leading numerous global brand transformations. He joins BrandingBusiness from Affinity Creative Group where he served as Managing Director.
Bob graduated from the University of Missouri, and guest lectures at the University of San Francisco. On time off he can be found changing flats on his gravel bike, coaching Little League baseball, listening to podcasts, or furthering his mixology skills.
