Prior to joining The Insight Business as a co-founder in 2002, Dom spent 12 years in research on both the client and agency sides. His abiding conviction that effective research and insight must be based on real business and market understanding as well as the close involvement of senior people on each project, stems from this experience.
Dom works closely with clients designing, managing and delivering both quantitative and qualitative studies. He has focused on tech industries since the mid 90’s, with clients among the world’s leading companies in these areas, but he continues to work in a broad range of markets ranging from gaming andfinancial services to smart phone apps and Business Process Outsourcing. Clients include Bausch & Lomb, HP, IMB, Inmarsat and Capita.
He is a highly skilled and experienced moderator and interviewer of both consumers and business people and relishes the opportunities that The Insight Business and now as Research Partner to BrandingBusiness gives him to apply these skills.
